Hi. I am Cary Terra, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Welcome to the Terra Therapy website, where you can learn about my services. I practice in Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle, in the Pioneer Building.

I specialize in working with adults with Asperger’s , and those who wonder if they may be on the autism spectrum. I offer a grounded, strengths-based approach to psychotherapy, social skills training and coaching. I love my work and find working with adults with Asperger’s enjoyable and fascinating.

My clients also include everyday people dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, and trauma. I offer professional and private guidance through difficult life adjustments and transitions.
